Navigation system
Modular · per-product modules
Features are grouped into products that toggle on per customer. A global switcher picks the active product; the sidebar then shows only that product's features. Each product name is clickable → its own mini-dashboard (no redundant "___ Dashboard" links). Plus a ⌘K command palette, a System ⇄ Admin Tools mode toggle, and a personal menu with real accessibility controls + onboarding. Every frame is live — click in.
A thin icon rail switches products; the sidebar shows only the active product's features, grouped into collapsible accordions. Dashboard is the cross-module home.
N2
Switcher B — header dropdown
A top-left product picker with every module and a short blurb. Admin Tools sits below the divider, role-gated.
N3
Switcher C — launcher grid
A waffle button opens a grid of every product the customer has enabled — a fast, spatial way to jump between modules.
N4
Command palette (⌘K / Ctrl+K)
Global keyboard search over every deep-linked feature page, plus quick actions and recent pages — jump anywhere without scanning lists.
N5
Personal menu — a11y + onboarding
The avatar menu carries live accessibility switches (dark mode, larger text, high contrast, reduce motion) and a setup-progress preview.
N6
Onboarding modal
Launched from the personal menu — a profile-completeness tracker alongside a getting-started checklist, each step deep-linking into the product.
N7
Product mini-dashboard
Clicking a product name opens its overview — module-scoped KPIs, a "needs attention" list, and shortcuts into its features. Here: Properties.
N8
Admin Tools mode
The System ⇄ Admin Tools toggle (staff/admin/super only) swaps the sidebar to MLS-wide governance, grouped into Members / Governance / Content / Insights / System.
N9
Dark mode (accessibility)
One of four accessibility settings that apply across every screen. Toggled from the personal menu; persists per user.
